My family and I have been patients at Waterfield House for nearly 10 years, I visited recently and cannot fault the practice, the reception staff ,in my experience are always welcoming and polite , I was saddened to read some of the reviews, I always think people are quick to give negative feedback but fail to give praise when praise is due. I can't imagine it's the easiest of jobs however I phoned in the morning and was lucky to be given an appointment for the same day. On arrival I was greeted by the receptionists smiling ,which I found refreshing ,I waited a little longer than my appointment time but this is understandable and after seeing the doctor was referred to be seen by a specialist. I have already received my appointment at the hospital for two weeks time. Thank you

Continuing to provide a very good service
I have been registered with this surgery for 20+ years (and with its predecessor). I have had cause to use the surgery numerous times in the past few years. Reception staff are always polite and helpful and I have, almost always, been able to get an appointment on the same day, more often than not with my preferred doctor by calling in the morning.
The online booking system, if appointments are needed in advance, is useful and the repeat prescription service using the Pembury pharmacy works well for me.
