Appointment same day as my form was put in. Dr Stainfield was welcoming, listened to me and took time to explain what she thought was wrong and clearly explained what she felt my treatment should be.

I contacted the surgery on Friday morning via anima as I had some medical concerns. I was called by the receptionist within the hour and had a face to face appointment with my GP the next morning, a Saturday. I was so happy to be able to see my GP so promptly and the fact that there was a surgery on the Saturday was very impressive. Perhaps more appointments could be offered on a Saturday . My GP listened to my concerns and was able to help in a positive fashion prescribing the medication I required. Thank you.

Booking my first appointment through the Anima system was a seamless experience; I was well-informed throughout the entire process. The punctuality of my appointment was commendable, and it was evident that Ross had thoroughly reviewed my case and consulted with a physician before our discussion, leading to a satisfactory resolution. The integration of Anima service with the NHS app is eagerly anticipated, as it promises to streamline the process further, and I understand it's currently in development. Future enhancements, such as the option to upload blood pressure and blood sugar readings, along with images, could significantly expedite the diagnostic process, potentially in conjunction with an AI system. Having consulted with Ross twice, I have consistently found him to be knowledgeable and adept at addressing my health concerns.

Follow up to X-ray which was arranged promptly. Temporary GP was excellent. Wish her well when she returns to Tge hospital . She involved Dr Justice who was clear about possibilities and in suggesting follow up.
