The Practice and all other participating surgeries in West Kent will be closed for training from 1pm on Wedensday 12th October.The surgery phone lines will reopen at 8am on Thursday 13th October.  If you require urgent medical care or advice when the surgery is closed please telephone 111.



Flu immunisation

Flu immunisation is offered free at the practice by the NHS to everyone who is:-

  • Aged 65 by 31st March 2017
  • Born between 1st September 2011 and 31st August 2014
  • Pregnant
  • Has a long term condition such as Diabetes, Heart disease or COPD
  • Is a carer for a friend or family member or is in receipt of carers allowance
  • Lives in residential long term care
  • Is very overweight



It is the responsibility of their employers to arrange immunisation for front line health and social care workers.


Flu clinics for patients in these groups


Our nurses and doctors will be here to give you your flu immunisation on


Saturday 22nd October from 8.30am to 11am.  No need to book just walk in.


Other times during the week including Monday evenings - please phone for an appointment



If you need urgent care or advice when the surgery is closed please telephone 111.


From 1st October 2016 the surgery doors will be closed from 1pm to 2pm to help the staff and doctors to manage their workload


Online services


You can register with the practice to get a PIN number to book or cancel appointments and request repeat prescriptions online via this website. 


You can can also register to view your summary care record online. This service is only available to patients aged over 16.



If you need an appointment on the day and the doctors are fully booked
We would ordinarily ask you to wait until the next day. If you feel that you have a genuine medical emergency that cannot wait until the following day then please inform the receptionist. 


Cancelling appointments

You can cancel an appointment by pressing option 1 when you telephone us or by speaking to one of our receptionists.  Appointments booked online can be cancelled online.
